Legendary on Xbox 360

I have been reading a lot of reviews of the Xbox 360 game Legendary, and after having played the game, I have to say it is hard to believe it why people have found it to be so bad. The game is full of surprise, horror, and great storyline, not to mention a wide array of weapons and attacks that gamers have come to expect from the 1st-person shooter.
Legendary follows international thief Charles Deckard, who is hired by an organization known as the Black Order to steel an ancient artifact from the New York Museum. What Deckard is too late to realize, however, is that the artifact is Pandora's Box, and before he can stop it, he accidentally opens the box, releasing a hoard of hellish creatures that begin to attack the world. From there, the action is non-stop.
The gameplay is very fast paced, although the amount of time it takes for each level to load could use some refinement. Gamers will face a wide variety of legendary creatures, from an army of werewolves and Griffons to the legendary Krakken. The mass amount of history the developers have put into the history of each mythological creature is extraordinary, and the entire storyline is full of great plot twists and really helps the game flow.
I would have to give Legendary an 8.5 out of 10. It's story is quite detailed and impressive, and the vast array of enemies, both human and beast, is easily balanced by the great number of weapons and attacks you gain throughout the game. However, the only criticism I would have is amount of time it takes for a level to load, and would suggest for any future Legendary games shortening the amount of time it takes the gamer to get to the next level.
